Babi Ranch
Listen, I get it. You hate ranch dressing. But you actually don't. You hate the gelatinous, vinegary, poorly seasoned shit they call ranch dressing you get in stores and restaurants. You don't hate homemade ranch dressing and you especially don't hate homemade Babi (pronounced "bubbie") ranch dressing.
| Measurement | Ingredient | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 1 cup | Sour Cream | |
| 1 cup | Mayonnaise | |
| 1 cup | Buttermilk | Alternative 1/2 cup water for healthier version (or bc you're lazy like me!) |
| 2.5 tbsp | Parsley Flakes | |
| 1.5 tbsp | Onion Powder | |
| 1.0 tbsp | Garlic Salt | |
| .5 tbsp | Garlic Powder | |
| 1 tsp | Dill Weed | |
| .8 tsp | Kosher Salt |
- In a small jar, mix all the dry ingredients, this is now your dry ranch mix, keep it topped up at all times or else!
- In a large jar, put all wet ingredients in, 1 tbsp dry for every cup and a half of wet, and shake very hard. Use whisk if you are weak and/or it didn't mix well.
